How this LMG website handles enquiries, optional measurement and your privacy choices.
Your enquiry
The contact form sends your name, business information, phone number and email address, together with the selected site language, the full page URL submitted with the form and an approximate country supplied by the hosting infrastructure when available. The site does not request precise geolocation. A random request ID and receipt time support delivery and prevent duplicates.
We use these details to respond to your enquiry and deliver it to the LMG team in Telegram. Submitting a form therefore sends its details to Telegram as part of this delivery.
Site operation
The site uses Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. Technical request data is processed to serve the site and protect the service against abuse.
Optional measurement
With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions with the site. The advertising measurement option allows Google Ads to use analytics data imported from GA4 to measure which advertising clicks lead to confirmed enquiries; it requires analytics permission. You can allow analytics alone, allow both or reject both. The form works without optional measurement.
We use Basic Consent Mode: Google measurement scripts are loaded only after you allow analytics. Using analytics data for advertising measurement additionally requires your advertising permission. We do not use personalised advertising or send contact fields or free text from the form to Google.
Measurement uses a cleaned locale-specific page URL and limited, validated campaign information. The random request ID used to prevent duplicate measurement is not sent to Google. Google may process browser and network information when its permitted services are used; the links below explain its practices.
Your choice and browser storage
Your privacy choice is stored in your browser’s localStorage for six months. Optional Google Analytics cookies, such as _ga, require analytics permission. Advertising measurement cookies, if used, require both analytics and advertising permission. A bounded list of random confirmed-request IDs can be kept in sessionStorage after analytics consent to prevent duplicate measurement; it contains no form details.
Change or withdraw your choice using “Privacy preferences” in the landing-page footer. Withdrawal stops future measurement for the category, removes accessible first-party measurement cookies and reloads the page. Withdrawing analytics permission also disables advertising measurement. It does not automatically delete data already sent. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice may apply only to the current page.
Retention
The initial GA4 retention setting for user-level and event-level data is 2 months. This does not mean that all Google data or aggregated reports are deleted after that period.
This notice does not specify a fixed retention period for enquiry records or Telegram messages. Contact us to ask about your record, its storage or deletion.
